Malta First Aid is the name operated locally (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’, ‘Controller’, ‘We’). Malta First Aid is incorporated in Malta with registration number P 2025 and has its registered office at 143, Aussie Mater Boni Consilii Street, Fgura. This Privacy Notice is to detail how the Company collects data and how as a data controller it processes your ‘Personal Data’, when this has been collected. Malta First Aid is a teaching sector qualified to equip members of the public with the knowledge and skills needed to perform high quality first aid of the ill and injured persons.

Defining ‘Personal Data’

As part of a course, your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and ID Card Number may be shared with the instructor of Malta First Aid to deliver the course.

How Do We Share Personal Information
Malta First Aid will not sell, distribute or otherwise share your personal information with third parties unless we have your specific permission, or are required by law to do so. Our Company is built on WordPress CRM platform and hosted with Site Ground. Both WordPress and Site Ground provide us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your ‘Personal Data’ may be stored through WordPress and Site Ground’s data storage, databases and their general applications. Data is stored securely on servers behind a firewall.
As a Controller, we do not exclude that employees or any other representatives of our organization are given access to ‘Personal Data’ as required to be able to carry out their duties.
